1cwt of fertilizer or equivalent to be applied by vendor, taker has the option to purchase a further 1cwt at cost price which the vendor will apply if required.
No feeding of roughages. Troughs or creep feeders (including lick buckets) may be used and must be moved daily. Any troughs must be taken well away from gate ways.
All fields are watered, all fences stock proof, takers should satisfy themselves as to the condition of fences and water supply.
